Make tree stump under it start with plastic cylinder, add wood chips, moss etc. Fill w kitty litter to weight it and low down, make a knot hole plug w cork (?), so litter can be emptied to trash to lighten it and bring indoors when winter comes and carry it inside. When spring comes, refill kitty litter through knot hole plug outside to give it ballast again. Decorate outside w tiny bench, stool, broom, leftover wizard hat of wrinkled felt, etc. Also, a window of glass w dried apple face.
